Computer Security (CSL)
The Computer Security Laboratory (CSL) focuses on the analysis, design, and development of computer security and resiliency algorithms and protocols to address failures and attacks in software-based systems. By the nature of its domain, the laboratory seeks multi-disciplinary, holistic, and practical strategies when addressing security and privacy concerns. It encourages the application of theory to practice using relevant case studies, simulations and controlled experimentation.
Active Research Areas:
- Cryptographic algorithms
- Message protocols
- Coding techniques to enhance enterprise and mobile applications
